CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The Charleston Battery defeated Clemson University 2-0 on Wednesday night at Blackbaud Stadium. Forwards Seedy Bah and Dane Kelly both tallied as the Battery overcame the Tigers. 
Forward Seedy Bah scored just before half time, finishing neatly after a pass from midfielder Alex Caskey.
The Battery's second goal was scored by striker Dane Kelly with the assist from midfielder JC Mack.
Next up for the Battery is another preseason scrimmage against the Carolina RailHawks on Saturday evening at WakeMed Stadium in Cary, NC; kick off is set for 4 PM.
