TAMPA, Fla. - Hamilton W-League standout Christabel Oduro led the way in a great week for W-League players in college soccer. Oduro’s efforts resulted in Conference USA Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors.

Ali Schaefer, who spent time with the W-League’s Pali Blues, earned Big 10 Offensive Player of the Week after scoring three goals and adding an assist in two wins for Penn State this past weekend.

Taryne Boudreau highlighted a solid weekend for Vancouver Whitecaps after scoring two game-winners for LSU and taking home the SEC Offensive Player of the Week award. Another Whitecap, Chelsea Buckland, earned Pac 12 Player of the Week honors after recording both goals in Oregon State’s 2-0 win against Colorado.

In the Big East, Toronto Lady Lynx alum Byrana McCarthy took home Defensive Player of the Week honors after helping West Virginia to a pair of wins. Fellow Lynx player and current Louisville Cardinal Christine Exeter earned an honorable mention nod.

Akron’s Jeny Wolbert, a former London Gyphon, earned Co-Defensive Player of the Week honors in the MAC after keeping two clean sheets during the weekend.
