The University of New Mexico is led by Head Coach Jeremy Fishbein, who has reached the NCAA Tournament in 10 of his 12 seasons at the helm. In those 10 appearances, the team has reached the Sweet 16 five times since 2004 and reached the Final Four twice in 2005 and last season in 2013. In 2005, the Lobos reached the national championship game, before losing, and finished the year second in all four major soccer polls. New Mexico is also just one of three programs in the country to have reached the Sweet 16 in each of the last three seasons.
