In his four seasons with ETSU he set a school record in goals (26) as well as assists (19), surpassing the mark set by current MLS player Aaron Schoenfeld. He posted 15 points over his five years at Memphis and played in 72 games. He played more than 90 minutes in at least 14 games of the 2013 season.

Greer also played with the Portland Timbers U-23s following his career at Memphis. He played in 12 games for the Timbers' U-23s in 2013. Greer also participated in the 2013 USL PRO Combine.
