HARRISBURG, Pa. -- The Harrisburg City Islanders are proud to announce the signing of forward Sainey Touray. Touray will be a late addition to the Islanders' roster for the remainder of the USL PRO season.
Touray comes to the City Islanders after spending last season with the Carolina RailHawks of the USSF Division 2-Pro League. He was also loaned to the Harrisburg City Islanders last year for one game, scoring one goal.
Touray has an impressive career resume, including a trial with one of the English Premier League's elite clubs, Arsenal. In addition tothis, Touray has spent time with Red Bull New York's reserve team, the Gambian First Divison's Wallidan, and the Gambian Second Division's Tallinding United.
Nationally, he has represented his native country of Gambia with the Under-17 and Under-20 squads. Touray has already appeared in one match this season for the Harrisburg City Islanders, starting in this past Saturday's 1-1 tie against the Richmond Kickers.
