Up next: Katrine Korsgaard of the Colorado Rapids Women and Danish Women’s National Team. Before joining the Rapids Women Korsgaard played in 27 league games for Skovbakken this season scoring seven times while helping lead her team to second place behind Brondby IF. On the international level, Korsgaard has captained both the U19 and U23 Danish National teams, including the 2007 U19 squad at the European Championships in Iceland. In total, Korsgaard has earned 46 caps for Denmark from the youth to senior ranks.
