ORLANDO, Fla. – The 2012 season officially began today as Orlando City opened training camp. The opening week of training camp sessions will be held at the club’s new practice facility, the Seminole Soccer Complex in Sanford, Fla.

Sunday, 2/12 - 9 a.m. Training Session Seminole Soccer Complex
Monday, 2/13 - 1 p.m. Training/Scrimmage US Soccer Development Academy

All training sessions at the Seminole Soccer Complex are open to public. Training schedules will be released on a weekly basis, beginning on Monday, Feb. 13. Training on Monday, Feb. 13, will take place at the US Soccer Development Academy in Bradenton, Fla. Monday’s session will also feature a closed scrimmage with Seattle Sounders FC. A recap and photos of the scrimmage will be available on Monday afternoon on www.OrlandoCitySoccer.com.

Applications for press credentials are now open. Both full season and single game credentials are available. To apply for credentials, please visit www.OrlandoCitySoccer.com/stadium/press. The deadline for single game game credentials is 48 hours prior to a match. The deadline for next week’s Philadelphia Union friendly is 5 p.m. on Feb. 15.
