TAMPA, Fla. – USL today unveiled the W-League’s dynamic new modern logo, ushering in a new era of exciting competitive opportunities for female soccer athletes.
The logo was developed by USL to create a dynamic brand that provides the W-League with a modern identity as it aspires to reach new levels.
“This rebranding captures the W-League’s mission to inspire and nurture the female soccer player to reach her soccer potential,” USL CEO Alec Papadakis said. “The W-League aspires to be recognized as the most respected and competitive women’s soccer league in North America, while providing future opportunities on both the amateur and professional levels.”
The new W-League brand will be immediately incorporated on team websites, in marketing, PR and sales materials, on stadium signage, etc.
“We are extremely pleased with the new W-League logo,” W-League Senior Director Amanda Duffy said. “As we have expressed during the past year, collectively this league is moving in an upward direction that will require increased levels of commitment, resources and sophistication.”
